About Roger Lascelles

Roger Lascelles has been trading for about 40 years and is probably best known for its series of Daily Telegraph wall maps.

The company began life in London under the ownership of Roger Lascelles who had a particular passion for train travel and rail maps. In 2005 the company was bought by the current owner, Dennis Hawes, who transferred it to premises near his Essex home. Since then he has been working hard to increase and enhance the range of maps the company produces, specialising in buying in maps of France and, particularly, of Italy, many of which are not held in stock elsewhere in the UK.

The company is also wholesaler to Bertram Books and Gardner’s Books and supplies Stanfords, the National Map Centre and bookshops UK-wide.
